Q: What’s the best way to find out about your releases?

A: We usually announce new releases at least a day before the sale through our newsletter. On the day of the sale, we make an announcement via Twitter (@theBBOC) and Facebook as soon as the items are released on our website!

Q: I missed a poster release! Will you be printing/making more?

A: All posters have a one-time, limited-edition release and won't be reprinted.

Q: For Pre-Orders, am I charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

A: Payments are processed at the time of purchase for all Pre-Orders.

Q: Can I get a refund on a gift card?

A: We're sorry, but gift cards are nonrefundable.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:  All sales are final.

Q: Who is your mail service provider and what type of shipping methods do you use?

A: We ship most orders via USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail, and USPS First Class International.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: We like to ship out all orders as fast as possible, however some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks if we don't have the item in hand at the time of release. Please also note that large releases may take a bit longer fulfill. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us immediately, and we'll get you sorted out.

Q: Who is your mail service provider and what type of shipping methods do you use?

A: We ship most orders via UK Royal Mail standard first class.

Q: I received my poster/vinyl/collectible, and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?

A: Most of the time, yes. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will get you sorted out. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 90 days of receiving, we may be limited as to what we can do for you.

Q: Can I update the shipping address on my order if it changes? 

A: Yes, you can. Contact us with your new address before your order is shipped and we’ll update the order for you. We are unable to accommodate with third-party shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.
